Once you fill up the contact form, we’ll set up a Discovery session. This is an online meet and greet where I create a safe space for us to learn more about each other. I will outline the coaching process and we’ll discuss designing a strategy specific to your desired outcome.
During our weekly sessions we will use techniques such as mindfulness, reflective inquiry and NLP to help you identify and address your stumbling blocks by increasing self-awareness, calm and focus that will set you on the path of transformational positive change.
You’ll be supported throughout the program with offline exercises, progress tracking and accountability checks so you continue to work through your toughest challenges. Regular reviews and feedback would be integral to maintain quality of the sessions
